GLA 2016 EASTER FAMILY RETREAT

FRIDAY 25th of MARCH - MONDAY 28TH of MARCH, 2016

We are so happy that we will be going on the GLA FAMILY EASTER RETREAT this year!

Time to the event is indeed very short, and the De Vere Management (The retreat Centre) are asking us to make a payment of 50% to secure our booking by the end of February, and the final payment by the 2nd week of March.

It will really help us if everyone can make their payments for the trip in time so we can meet the deadline. It will also be helpful, if you would kindly confirm in good time that you want to go on the trip.

 

SPONSORSHIP

The Church is looking to subsidise  those who are not able to afford to pay in full for this trip. We would be ever so grateful if we can also get donors who will be willing to sponsor individuals or families that unfortunately cannot  afford to pay their way. It is our fervent prayer, that everyone that wants to be there will be able to go, and no one will be left behind because of lack of funds!

One thing we are certain of is, GOD WILL REWARD YOUR GENEROSITY AND DO WONDERS in our midst.

ROOM RATES

  • Adult Single Occupancy - £190
  • Adult Double (Sharing) - £168 per person.
  • 12-16 yrs - £126 per child
  • 5- 11 yrs - £ 84 per child
  • 0- 4yrs - FREE

Room rate is *all inclusive*, covering accommodation for 3 Nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights) and 8 meals (Dinner on Friday, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Saturday and Sunday, and finally, Breakfast on Monday).

 

***All participants are required to make personal transportation arrangements to the venue.
